Canadian teen pop sensation and amateur Hilary Swank lookalike Justin Bieber has joined the ranks of boxing fans clamouring for a much-anticipated megafight between Manny Pacquiao & Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Bieber tweeted his support in the early hours of Sunday morning after Manny Pacquiao's historic victory over Antonio Margarito in the Phillippines. The 16-year-old singer also called out Mayweather Jr to fight Pacquiao, after numerous online accusations that Mayweather is attempting to continuously delay a fight boxing fans have been anticipating for years:
"heard Manny did work tonight. I think it's time we got the Money Mayweather fight we have all been waiting for. #EPICBATTLE"
By early Sunday morning, 'Pacquio', 'Congrats Manny' and 'Mayweather' were all trending topics on the micro-blogging site. Being called out by Justin Bieber and his 6m followers? Looks like Floyd has no chance of avoiding this fight any longer.
